Can I confirm shipping on Sunday?

It is absolutely OK to confirm your shipments on Sundays, holidays, after hours, etc. Amazon has no time-based rules against CWS confirmations, which makes sense since a lot of shipping carriers accept shipments at unusual hours.

I see thousands of Charge When Ship confirmations going to Amazon every Sunday with CWS Made Easy, and we’ve never had any problems.

I did a test upload of 4 packages. Orders processed on Sunday are always prompted by Endicia to change the ship date to Monday. I did not realize I can’t select ‘tomorrow’ on ‘Shipping Date’ calendar selection box, and could not test any of the orders I had already processed on Endicia with tomorrows date. However, 1 did go through, with the confirmation message, ‘1 order has been confirmed!’ Since I would like to confirm the other 3 orders, how can I see the data file which will tell me which files uploaded and were confirmed? I looked at the Program Files/Envelope Manager/Dazzle folder where my file, 9.19.2010 was saved to, and was able to select it for upload, but where can I see the data? Thank You.

      Hi Elizabeth!

Processing the remaining three orders should be very straightforward.

First, export data out of Endicia. If you selected tomorrow as the shipping date in Endicia, make sure that when you export the log you select tomorrow as the “Ending date” as well.

After that, run Charge When Ship Made Easy. It should pick up the remaining orders. Just to be safe, click on “Options” and check that the “Confirm orders received by” date is set correctly.

Let me know if you run into any more problems.
